I read in one of the Dr.'s notes that family hx is no longer considered a high risk factor in Colonoscopy's. I can't find anything saying this. Can anyone tell me if they have come across with any articles or reference's regarding this.

I have not read anything stating that and code as a high risk. If it is immediate family not aunts, uncles,etc.
 
TY, I couldn't find anything either but people do have more resources then I do out there in the coding world. Appreciate the input!
