Good morning, My surgeon performed a 2 compartment fasciotomy dorsum left foot due to an injury. I am coming across 28008. Would this be the correct code? Also they went to the OR the day and applied a wound vac. Would I code this separately along with the replacement vacs or is this included in the global or billed separately. I am new to surgical coding and am being dumped into trauma. I appreciate all your help. Thank you, Linda
