Wiki Fat grafting codes for 2020/ plastic surgery coders???

The 15771 is a new code for 2020 for fat grafting, could you bill this bilaterally if you are fat grafting to both breasts for breast reconstruction or would you use the breast revision code of 19380 instead since this is for a reconstructied breast. Thanks

CMS newest release for January 2020 came out last Friday. It shows you can NOT bill 15771 bilaterally but there is the new add on code 15772.
