Faxing Clinicals for Home Health Billing

I am a newby and my first position is in a home health agency. Obtaining certifications in some instances requires the billers to fax pages and pages of clinical notes. Like everyone else, we are trying to save $, time and the environment. Is there a way to condense the amount of information extracted from theses clinicals? Or a way to transmit saving paper, time and wear and tear on the fax machine?

I'm considering HHA arena (Home Health Agency) since work is so scarced here!
I wanted to read abt it and get familiarize with the codes(Home Health Aide, RN visits etc).
Where can I find some reading and Home Health agency codes
