PROCEDURE: Irrigated with NS, then used a Q-tip and took a small particle of glitter from the eye.

Can I charge a 65205 (FB removal eye, conj, superficial)?
 
For 65205 the description states "The physician picks the foreign body or mineral deposit from the conjunctiva with the side of the beveled edge of a needle". I would say you cannot bill the code and the service is inclusive to the E/M.
