Has anyone seen the Medicare Physician Fee schedule for the new cardiology codes for 2011? I have been trying to locate the fee schedule but have been unsuccessful. I would like to start putting the new codes and pricing in my computer software. I don't want to wait until the first of the year to enter them all. Any suggestions?
