I am in need of the price for 92015 to be able to put it into our system. I am unable to locate the fee schedule. If any one has the link could you please send it tome me.

92015 is not a covered service, in the fee schedule it will not have a allowed amount listed. To locate the schedule go to cms.gov and on the right side you will click on "Fee For Service Payment"
