Wiki femoral and inguinal hernia repair

Hello,

The physician repaired both an inguinal and femoral hernia (open) with mesh and he calls the procedure a Cooper's ligament repair. Would this be an unlisted code or should both repairs be coded (which doesn't seem quite right) There was one incision and one piece of mesh.
