Any help appreciated...Vascular surgeon performs a left common femoral artery exposure and arterial repair for left heart bypass for a thoracic abdominal aneurysm repair. The thoracic abdominal aneurysm repair is performed by another surgeon. Therefore, she only performed the artery exposure and arterial repair for the bypass.
 
Usually with exposure cases, I bill the same procedure code as the other Surgeon. You would add Modifier 62 to the procedure and make sure the other Surgeon also uses the 62 modifier.
