I am looking for a cpt code to use with a right heart cath and endomyocardial biopsies.

The procedure note states as follows:

"ANGIOGRAPHIC DATA:
Two hand angiograms were performed in both right and left femoral veins, which confirmed that they were
both occluded, with colateral channel formation to reconnect with the iliac veins."

Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

36005-50, 75822 for bilateral venograms performed through 2 access sites. Since they were both occluded you can justify medical necessity, just make sure that both of these sites were abandoned.
