Good afternoon folks...am a little stumped...

Provider documented:
Common femoral to anterior tibial arterial bypass with PTFE graft and distal Miller cuff
Greater saphenous vein harvest for vein Miller cuff

Am thinking bypass px 35666 but not as sure of cuff px thinking 35681... would vein harvest bundle into main px?

Any thoughts or guidance?
