Does anyone know when to use code 89268 vs 89280. Does the "micro technique" need to be specified in the documentation?

Code 89268 vs 89280 :-
89268- Insemination of oocytes. Insemination, or fertilization, used to be included in the original code 89250. However, in 2004, code 89250 was unbundled and separate codes were created for culture and insemination.
89280 - Assisted oocyte fertilization, micro technique; less than or equal to 10 oocytes
