Fetal Arachnoid Cyst - How is visit with mom billed?

Pregnant Mom, fetus has arachnoid cyst, Mom visits neurologist for this problem; I would bill with Mom as the patient, but, with what diagnosis, since Mom does not have the cyst?
I don't want to use Pregnancy - fetal - deformity 653.73 as this is not necessarily a "deformity"
Any help is appreciated... thanks

The 655 series is for fetal anomalies affecting the management of the mother

I think most probably your diagnosis should be 655.00 ... Central Nervous System malformation in fetus
