I have a claim denying for

Impression states abnormal fullness to the left FETAL intrarenal collecting system
The code failing because not related to patients age?

Any help would be appreciated! (18 weeks pregnant)

You would have to use the pregnancy complication code. You would look under pregnancy, management affected by-fetal and find the best one to match with what you have, when you just use the fetal/fetus code it is showing them the baby has been born.
