I'm under the impression that fetus papyraceous is 88304 but I can't find anything at my fingertips to confirm this. Anyone have any advice what they code these specimens and why?
since this is rather rare , I would say it is an 88305, I would put it in the class with products of conception-spontaneous or missed abortion.
