Need help billing FFR of lad and diagonal only no cath done how would this be billed since the FFR code is an add on code? Any help would be appreciated

Thank you very much for that have you been billing the 93799 to medicare though as far as I know this code should be billed
or is only reimbursed by commercial insurance
