we are starting to bill for fluoro fill(lap band patients) in office, usually its in outpatient setting and we use 74240-26 s2083(depending on payer) 77002-26

can we bill additional codes now that setting has has changed and equipment is ours?

No additional coding just remove modifier -26. No modifier indicates that you own the equipment and want to be reimbursed for the -TC and -PC(-26) components of the code.
