Hoping for some clarification. I have a patient that had a FilterWire EZ Embolic Protection Device during his recent stent placement to a saphenous vein bypass graft. I have seen past posts that say this is payable under 93799. I have been trying to locate this LCD with no luck. Can anyone help clarify this for me. Should this code be billed with the stent placement code?
