If we perform 2 fine needle aspirations on a thyroid nodule, would they both be included in reportine of 10022 x1 or would we do it x2? I am thinking we would report 10022 x1, because it it same site, just different part of nodule, but looking for any helpful feedback.
If so, with what mod to show different location on thyroid?

It can't be the same nodule. You could code 2 biopsies if there were 2 nodules and they biopsied each one.
 
I have a question on the ultrasound. Why would you put 26 on it. If you are doing this in the office, would you not just code the full 76942 as you are doing the technical and also interpretating why it is being guided to?
