Hello all,

Op Note reads:
Pre/Post DX: rt thumb pulp defect and traumatic injury

Indications: patient suffered a right thumb injury when patient degloved thumb with rope

Here is the part I'm not sure I bill addtl for??

debrided, included skin, subqu tissue and minumal bony resection. There was some remaining nail bed. However, there was extensive loss of the pulp. Copious irrigation was performed of the thumb. Hemostasis was obtained. Neurectomies were performed as necessary.

Once done cross finger flap was done 15574 and full-thickness graft from forearm to cover flap defect 15240....
