The effective date of the new Mohs LCD is 10/06/2014 and the AAD is already sending notices about how it will change the way/reasons that Mohs is done. It is much more specific than what we had before and documentation requirements are very detailed. If you have not looked it up yet, you will need to and review it. You may also want to research what the AAD is saying about it.
