Wiki FISH test and JAK2 - Can those tests be billed together?

Can we bill for CPT 81271 / 88275 Fish and CPT 81270 JAK2 in the same claim, dos and specimen or they are mutually exclusively and only JAK2 can be billed and GZ the FISH test? Please advise. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
