Patient was brought into lab with questionable functionality of AV fistula right arm.

Physician performed angiogrpahy of fistual (36147)
Angiogram revealed stenonic portion of fistula and performed angioplasty. (35476+75978)
Additionally, angiogram revealed a large lateral vein that may have been causing/ or may casue reduction of flow therefore Physcian selected another catheter and engaged the lateral vein selectively and placed two emolization coils.(36011+37241)

This procedure was done from only one access point

My question is can all this be coded separately..

36147 Fistulogram (Diagnostic no planned intervention)
35476+75978 (PTA and RS&I)
36011+37241(cath placement and embolization)

Would the above codes be correct or is the an RS & I redundancy

Any input would be appreciated.

Charles
