needing help to decide on codes 36147 or 75791 which one is the best to use for the fistulogram and can you charge for a repeat , I am new at coding interventional and could use some assistance. thank you
 
Use 75791 only if radiological evaluation is performed through an already existing access into the shunt or from an access that isn't a puncture of the shunt.
Use 36147 for radiological evaluation with needle/cath introduction, AV dialysis shunt, complete procedure.
