Would appreciate any input re: codes for the following:

This patient has a brachiobasilic fistula and has been having difficult accesses. After local anesthesia, what appeared to be a short segment of the vein was accessed using a micropuncture kit. However, on entry of the micropuncture wire, it was evident this appeared to be the axillary artery. As such, a micropuncture sheath was placed and subsequently then an angiogram was obtained that showed that the artery was widely patent, however, there was no filling of any venous outflow of the AV fistula. Given this sheath was withdrawn, manual pressure was held and a dressing was applied.

Thanks in advance for any help.
