There are new codes for Fistulograms for 2017. They have bundled just about everything. My question is, can I charge the access code 36901 more then once? My Doc accessed and then closed, then accessed from a different direction. They use to be able to do this as there was a code for first access 36147 and then an additional access 36148. Can we charge a 36901 more then once?
