Wiki Flat feet dx denied by BCBS

This is new to me...apparently BCBS does not like the dx of 734 for flat feet. This pt has "flexible flat feet", and father has Marfans syndrome. The thing is that I have billed 734 to BC before and have been denied. Research via the web hasn't really helped me. Can anyone give me some insight into "flat feet"?
 
I have found most Blue Cross and Blue Shield polices along with several other insurance policy has a polciy that the flat foot diagnosis as a non payable diagnosis and if the flat foot diagnosis is used anywhere in the claim the entire claim will be denied as a non covered beneift.
