Wiki Flexible sigmoidoscopy w/3 procedures

Our colorectal surgeon performed a flexible sigmoidoscopy; a villous adenoma was removed "partially with ablation, partially with snare and partially with hot biopsy forceps." She wants to charge three separate codes: 45339 (flex sig w/ablation), 45338 (flex sig w/snare) and 45333 (flex sig w/hot biopsy). Can all 3 be charged?

What if multiple lesions are removed using multiple techniques? 2 lesions removed, 1 by snare and 1 by cold biopsy; can 2 separate codes be used? Thank you!
