To anyone billing Florida Medicare: First Coast- Region 3
I have a coding bulletin recommending bilat IOL (cpt 92136) twice as follows: 92136-TC, 92136-TC-50 that we will be reimbursed at a higher rate by around $30.00. Anyone tried this here in FL???? If so, what was the outcome?
