Since the new 2022 ICD-10 changes, does anyone know how to code "flu-like symptoms"? We used to use J11.1, but the code has changed slightly. I would appreciate any advice, thanks!

I don’t use J11.1 if provider doesn’t confirm the patient has influenza, but code the signs and symptoms that is documented in the office visit note.
