Our urgent care center wants to provide a flu shot clinic for one day. If a
patient now currently presents to the center for a flu shot, the charges are
much higher than the prices advertised at local drug store chains like CVS and
Wallgreen's. The UCC billing manager has asked if there is an issue if the
charge for a shot on that one day is discounted to match the drug stores so the
clinic can be competitive. Any thoughts or regs I should review for this?
