When billing through Medicare for an E/M service as well as G0008 for a flu shot. There needs to be modified 25 on the E/M code but not on the G0008, or does it need one too?
 
There is no CCI relationship so, in theory, no 25 modifier should be needed. If one is needed for a specific payer, it would be on the E/M service. 25 modifiers are not used on administration codes.
