Can anyone tell me if I can bill a nurses visit 99211 along with the Flu vaccine using codes 90656 + G0008 using diagnosis V04.81 .... I believe we cannot I just wanted some feedback. Thanks :)
 
"Code 99211 is a component of Column 1 code G0008 and cannot be billed using any modifier. " per the NCCI edits.
