Had a good discussion the other day on flu shots. Of course there were different views
Would appreciate some feedback

For patients with Insurance, the initial plan was to charge a flat rate for the flu shot with the patient paying at time of service. No claim would be filed to insurance. Then discussion started that as contracted providers (BC, Aetna etc) it is required that all services be filed to the insurance. So, is it a requirement?

Partically every place if giving flu shots. Is the flat-fee only for the Insurance patients that go to Walgreens or Walmart etc for their flu shot where there is no physician-inusurance contract?
