flu vaccination in children from 3 to 9 yr

It is recommended that children from ages 3 to 9 years receive 2 separate full doses of flu vaccine this year one month apart. Can we bill the 90658 for each dose?? Thanks for your help.
 
Just to Clarify... it is not recommended for all children ages 3-9 to receive 2 vaccines... it is recommended if you cannot verify that they received H1N1 in the 2009-2010 season -or- a child 6mos - 8 yrs only received one vaccine the first time they were vaccinated or have never been vaccinated before.

And yes, you would code for each dose administered.
