Our office has a surplus of .25 flu vaccine, along with a shortage of .5. Has anyone tried doubling up on the .25 vaccine for dosing adults? I am thinking that with the 2017 revision to these codes that removed the age description, we should be able to code a 90685 x 2 for an adult dose. Has anyone tried this yet?
