I have a question about Fluorescien Angiography 92235 and Indocyanine-Green Angiography 92240. The descriptions for both codes state that the photos are normally taken of both eyes. I have a physician that always wants to bill for both but only one eye has the pathology. Can he bill for both eyes or just for the eye that has the disease?
