I am having a debate with someone, for our facility -

a patient comes to the ASC for pain management injection.
for a sacroiliac joint injection under fluoro guidance,

would we still use the TC for the facility in billing for the fluoroscopic guidance?

We bill 77003 with 27096. Fluoroscopy is not listed in the description for the injection. In the CPT under 27096 it lists 73542 and 77003 for "Radiology Crosswalk."
