My providers almost always bill 76000 when they do any kind of surgical procedures on the feet. The most recent example is removal of hardware, the fluoroscope was used to confirm that all hardware was removed. Other procedures they use the fluoroscope to check position of bones after ostemy or ectomy. They should not bill 76000 separately in these types of situations, correct?
