There has been some confusion in the office regarding fluoroscopy coding. What would be the correct code to use for

LEFT ANKLE FLUOROSCOPY WITH 3 SPOT IMAGES

CLINICAL HISTORY: left ankle fracture.

COMPARISON: None.

FINDINGS: Plate and screw fixation device distal fibula and 2 Kirschner wires
through medial malleolus. Ankle mortise appears intact. Images available for
review at time procedure.

IMPRESSION: Orthopedic reduction of bimalleolar fractures with anatomic
alignment.

Would it be correct to code 73600 or 76000. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it would be 76000. But if it was uses as guidance for the pinning of the fracture, I don't believe it can be reported separately
