Hello:
I currently do the coding for an ASC. I have been given information that when fluro is used, it needs to state "Live" fluro was used to bill from the 76000 series. If the report just states the views, but doesnt state "Live" that we are to fall back toward the xray codes.
I believe this info was given by the Karen Zupko group during a webinar.
Does anyone have any information on this topic that they could share with me???
