Wiki Fluoroscopy with implant removal

Doc did a removal of implant from the patella. What fluoroscopy code should I use? Doc states C-arm fluoroscopic x-ray is used. I have been using cpt 20985 because 0054T was discontinued for a while, and then was added back on.

I appreciate any info.
