My physician states she is going to perform an open biceps tendon reinsertion under fluoro... Can the fluoro be charged for?

I find the manufacturers of equipment like GE put out very useful information in a short version rather than trying to decipher what CMS puts out.

No - 76000 (Fluoro) is inclusive in any ortho procedure.
