Would this be coded as a 20610,77002,J3301? I wouldn't code for the lidocaine because that is included in the procedure, correct?

The patient was placed in the supine. Right knee was infiltrated into the subcutaneous soft tissues for local anesthesia. Under fluoroscopic guidance, a 22 gauge 7 cm spinal needle was advanced into the right knee joint. Contrast was injected into the joint space to confirm proper positioning. Kenalog 80 mg in 2 ml and Bupivacaine 0.25% 6ml was injected.

Same thing on the right knee. This is for facility charges.
