Is there a specific code for filling out FMLA paperwork if a patient just drops it off?
 
Generally, this is cash service since most payers won't cover this type of service, but if you are wanting to track this internally in some way, look at code 99080 Special reports such as insurance forms, more than the information conveyed in the usual medical communications or standard reporting form.
