The order came through as a Lung BX report states a 19 gauge needle was advanced into posterior peripheral left lung nodule. The small nodule was biopsy multiple times. Samples were sent to cytology as well as microbiology including fungal, AFB, and culture. Should this be coded as 32405 or 10022?
