For fine needle aspirations. 10022, 10022-59 or 10022, 10022-76?

Since the change with the 59 modifier effective july 1 2013.

What are your thoughts? I am asking for a co coder.

the -59 tells this was a separate and distinct procedure. FNA's can be billed per lesion

*do not use a -76*
