Can a FNP make a referral of an RN to do a patient evaluation?

to be able to use 99211........... or...

would it have to be a MD?



If a FNP has a nurse evaluate say..... a diabetic patient .... is that visit code-able with the 99211 assuming it met the regular smegular requirements?

or does it HAVE to be an MD?

(keep in mind I'm really dumb)
