Can someone tell me if my doctor uses a Foley Balloon during a vaginal delivery due to prolong labor or inadequate contractions, can we charge for that or is it part of the global delivery?
 
I have only ever seen these placed for inductions.. depending on payer, they can be billed if not done on the same day as delivery. So I would say if it's placed after labor has started, then probably not.
