Follow up visit in Hospital

Patient has underwent debridement upto muscle in hospital with POS 21 for which there is no global days. Now the patient comes in for follow up after 1 week to the same physician in the same hospital.

Please clarify whether this follow up visit can be billed with code 99212 - 99215 based on the documentation with POS 22.
